Seat belt colour

The light grey set belt straps on my 182 are totally impractical in terms of looking clean.
Has anyone changed theirs to black and is so where did you source them?

You could have yours re-webbed in any colour you want. Or just get some from a non sport?

Have you tried putting white vanish in a bucket with water, pulling the seat belts out as far as possible (I undone the bottom t40 torx bolt to release it all) and then letting them sit in the bucket for a few good hours (think it recommends 6 hours on the tub?)

It does get rid of some stains and is the cheapest option to try. Mine came up really well just from a soak.

Tried this option today and was pretty impressed by the result It achieved. Thanks for the heads up.
BTW is there any product that may provide some kind of seal on the material, I can only think of using a can of scotchguard.

From what I saw somewhere I couldn't get over the price. I was expecting silly money but it simply wasn't the case
