seat removal issue

trying to lower the seats on my 182, but the nuts in the tunnel side just keep rotating, not getting any more lose, anyone ever have this problem? Outside bolts are no issue

Try the nuts inside the car it will leave the subframe in but it will give you more room to figure out why the bolts are spinning

I think the inner bolts are actually just gummed up with dirt and corrosion, I will have a better look at them tomorrow when I get under there to redo the decat gaskets/bolts

The studs in the runners must have become loose.
Slide your seat all the way back and see if you can see the studs.
You may be able to jam them while you undo them from underneath.
