seat rocking slightly

The driver seat in my 172 moves slightly its so annoying I have checked the bolts under the car and they are tight is it likely to be the runners? If so can you tighten the runners back up somehow?

It might be the runners there 50 a set I think from memory can get loose.

check the bolts holding the seats to the runner in the car are tight.
