Seat stains and car mats

I am picking up a new Clio tonight and the drivers seat has what seems to be a medium sized water stain on it (yes it might be cum but im trying to block that thought from my mind), what is the best thing to get stains out of a cloth interior?

Also, it doesn't come with any mats, am i best getting ripped off at Halfords or is there anywhere online that i can pick some decent ones up from?

Look at eBay or Wests Renault on here for good quality "genuine renault sport mats" OEM mats (around £55 delivered though).
