Seat tilt works but dont slide

Basically to let passengers in the back my seat tilts but will not slide forward. But if i sit on the seat and use the handle that moves it back and forth it moves. But doesnt with the tilt handle at top of the seat. Ive tryed pulling the tilt handle and really pushing the seat forward but doesnt budge.
anyone had this problem and got answeres? Thanks people
