seatbelt lights?

am in the process of stripping my 172 ph2 for a track project. i have stripped all the rear including seatbelts.
any tips on getting rid of the seatbelt light and serv light?

Does it even come on when you remove the rear seats?? Mine didnt??? :S

perhaps its just a fuse. i am still using front seatbelts though.
