Seatbelt Rivet/Button/Stud Thing!

Hi does anyone know where to get a replacement plastic rivet thing that goes onto the seat belt to stop the buckle piece from falling to the floor everytime i take my belt off? Car is a ph1 172 (pic below is just an example)

I have a ghetto fix with a safety pin holding a button, but would like to fix it properly.
