Seatbelts stuck

Took the interior out of my car today and unbolted the seatbelts, they went into the roll and now wont come back out :dapprove: . So i cant fasten my front seatbelts, this happened the last time i did it but i cant remember how you get them to come out again. Any help me out here please

have you connected them back on. if not and there in your hand you have to have them up straight as if they were in the car should come out then
