Seats rattling on runners

How do I fix it? Passenger seat rattles. The runner's themselves are tight, its just the seat rattling on the runners.

You sure it's not the nuts that go on the floor bolts? I took my seat out the other week and a couple nuts were finger tight!

Mine does this, be good to find the solution

Had a quick look under seat and there's nothing I coulf tighten up. Unless its underneath the car?

yeah underneath the car, 2 under rubber covers near the sill and 2 behind the exhaust heat shield

The two sill ones are the tight, so I will assume the other two are.
