Second Hand Gear Whats it worth

Ive got some gear I want to stick on Ebay and here on CS because I never touch it now. Really difficult to tell how much these are worth with people asking absolutely FA and others asking mental amounts so I am asking here before I do.

AF-S Micro Nikkor 40mm 1:2.8G Boxed, Hardly Used
AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4.5-5.6G ED VR Unboxed, in suede Nikon bag.


D60 with 32GB memory card (sandisk), Boxed
Including:
AF-S 18-55mm Non VR
AF-2 55-200mm Non VR
Fake Gorilla Pod
All wires, manuals etc.
UV and Polarizing Filter for the two Lens.
Nikon carry Bag thing.

Would appreciate the input. Not selling yet as I wont have the boxes until I go home in Aug anyway.

I'd say:

40mm Micro: £160
70-300mm: £280
D60+Card: £160
18-55mm: £40
55-200mm: £70

The other items can either be sold off cheap or chucked in with the other items as a deal sealer with the buyer if they try to haggle the price.
