197 great if you want a over-refined car with good looks from certain angles. Looks are subjective i guess but i'm not going to be looking at the car as much as driving it. I don't even think the 1*2 are that attractive to be honest and i've got one! I do like the 197 bumper and the car as a whole can look from bad to worse in different colours. Alas, i don't buy cars on looks alone, performance and handling wise it would bethe 1*2 not 197. When i tried a 182 with Cup packs i found it too refined tbh.

if you ask me the clio has gone from a young persons play toy to a fast family hatch....doesnt mean its not a good car but its uses have been expanded

Yeah..the 182 Vs 197 thread is a real chesnut....I'm sure the debate will have to be raised again when or if teh 197 cup comes out.
