Seen on CS!!!! (Wheels)

Right guys... and gals...

When you load a fresh page on CS, the picture banner at the top changes. There is a dark coloured Clio (S13 CST) which pops up every now and then. My question is... What are those wheels? I thought they were Pro Race 1.2... but can't be sure.

Any help is appreciated as it's bugging the .... out of me!
