Selector Leak

Done a bit of searching and have found that it seems to be normal to leak a bit, but how much of a leak is considered normal? mine has decided to make its way down to the driveway now into a small patch

if this isnt normal, and possible fixes?

Ive just smelt the oil patch and it stinks, so im guessing its box oil not engine oil

Id say that much is not normal, it normally leaks very slowly that a bit sits under the gearbox. Open the top up hole, fill up with gearbox oil until its upto the hole, see how much it takes so you can measure how much its leaked out.
