Selling up - Back to standard or leave it modded?

I've got a Monaco 172 which I am looking to sell. Its been slightly modded, but not sure whether to put it back to standard or sell it as it is.

Mods are:

ITG Panel filter
Painted inlet
Decat
Stainless stealth exhaust
Koni adjustable shocks
Carbon wrap diamonds

I can replace all the standard parts, apart from the stainless, so would have to find a standard system to put on.

Unsure what to do. Would a standard car sell easier/wider market etc. Or does pre-modded sell better as the bits people want are already done?

Sell as standard and offer the mods at extra cost to a potential buyer if someone looks like they would want them
