i know questions have been asked about servicing. is car warrenty void if serviced at a non renault dealer.

Here is my reply from renault uk.

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

I can advise that you can have your Renault serviced by your local garage as
long as genuine Renault parts are used. It is important to remember that if
your car is not serviced according to our standards, it may affect your
warranty. If a fault occurs which can be attributed to lack of servicing,
the repair will not be covered under the terms of the warranty.

The same is true if we believe a fault to have escalated because a service
was not carried out to Renault standards

There you go, if your garage uses "genuine Renault parts" then there shouldnt be a problem, unless they do a shoddy job of it.
