Service? Cambelt?..... ??

My car is a 51, so about 5yrs old now. The last service i had was at 36K, i think!. The car is now on 50K.

So i think im in need of a service, can somebody tell me the dates/miles each service should be done and what should be done? When should the cambelt be done? what are the costs?

Cambelt at 72k or 5 years IIRC.

There is a thread somewhere with all the servicing intervals and what needs to be done for the 172/182. Have a search for that. Found it. It's on sticky in mechanical. Here:
