what spark plugs do i need to service my car uprated would be best please and best oil

would'nt bother with uprated spark pkugs. Reanult have released a tech note about this. some aftermarket ones mess about with the k-line/diag-line. basically the computer measures the spark plug resistance to determine if it misfiring or not. when no gen ones are used it messes up this measurement.

Stick with stock plugs there the best out there.

Look here for minimum oil spec etc

Renault recomended fluids/amounts/grades to be used.

they dont need changing till 72k iirc

^correct iain, but some of them i've seen are knackered at 36K

we sell the genuine plugs for £10 each
