Looking to service my car next weekend, getting the oil filter changed and the oil filter, but

1)what sparks plugs would ppl recommend and

2)what engine oil would you guys recommend?

Stock plugs are very good so check them, no point chnaging if there in good condition stock from Renault arn't cheap though.

5-40 silkline pro.

cheers mate, changing sparks as the garage the previous owner used, not happy with their work on the car.
