Service with Cam belt and Water pump?

I’ve been quoted £270 for parts/labour for a full service with a cam belt and water pump change on my 2003 1.2 16v Clio Billabong.

This consists of:

Oil Filter
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
5l of Oil
4x Spark Plugs
Cam belt Kit
Water Pump


Total Parts - £147

Labour - £120

Does this sound reasonable?

Doesnt have a fuel filter, unless they are changing the one in the tank?

there's 2 versions actually. Renault dont seem able to tell which is which from chassis numbers either
