servicing

  182
iam servicing my 182 (10,000m)next week myself will be doing:

oil+filter-fuchs 5-40w

gearbox oil-fuchs

air filter -itg

coolant-type d

brake fluid-dot 4.1

pollen filter

how many of you do it yourselfs? obviously you don't get a stamp in your little book but the receipts for the products is ample enough history,

will take it to btm for belts when they're due so i have specialist proof of changes.

opinions please.

I do it myself as to be honest I'll probably be keeping the car a while anyway so by the time I sell it having some stamps won't really make it worth much more.

I do a big service at least once a year and oil every 5k so at least I know my engines ok lol. Low resale value will give me less reason to sell it aswel ha

I did my oil change today and had a look around the rest of the car - all is grand, just in dire need of a dam good wash!
A few wee things I want to fit but it was -4c today so didn't hang about the garage lol it's my b/day not the cars! :p

For the same reasons as above I intend to keep mine for a while too :approve:
