Il even pop to your gaff, il provide the whatever food i can buy as i could burn porridge and food poisoning is FTL. Shiz il even pay as long as there is some rotary action.

just to bump this, Ben_P had a go with your suggestion fred and it wouldnt shift.

going to drill the bolt this evening as the metal is as soft as s**t (hence it sheared)

then thinking about hammering in the screw driver after that . . . thoughts?

yeah i just don't want to spend the money tbh mate, plus cant get it into a garage until monday and have nothing to do tonight lol

Ive easy-out'd full locking nuts before, sheared ones should be a piece of piss as theres no pressure on them.

you have tried just twisting if off with pliers? remember once the head is removed there is no tension in it so it should come out fairly easily.

edit: pretty much what izzimushrooman said.

there is nothing to "twist" mate. it has sheared cleanly inside the disc/hub. nothing to get at if you see what i mean.

Basically, you drill a hole down the center of the bolt, then use one of the extractors, ( Basically a tapered drill bit with a reverse thread) to wind them out. its simple.

if you have a reverse threaded drill bit, yes. thats the prob, i dont have one.

do you reckon halfrauds sell them?

my local quick fit did this to mine for a tenner. they used a hole punh think they drilled slightly and very lightly into the snapped nut and then slotted the hole punch in and twisted it out took like 20 mins
