shocks or coil overs

just found out shocks totally had it on my clio 172. trying to decide which best to go for- shocks with a lowering kit or coil overs? also if i get shocks can you get uprated? any ideas on cost for each of these and the best places to look?

Think k-tec sell uprated dampers? But id go for the H&R Coilovers.

Coilovers defo!!!! I´m so pleased with mine, best thing I have ever spend £££ on to the Clio!!!
