short shifter !!!

Hi all i've just bought my self a bb performance short shifter, has nayone got one fitted to there 182 if so are these hard to fit and what's the end result like ???

yeah better than the B&M i reckon, but i still prefer stock

Is it best to use a clutch pin when fitting a short shifter ???
