Am i right to say that they a repalcment for 182 egg yock sidelights

unless for some reason the 182 is different to the 172, they are indeed the right ones

Would these bulbs produce a light the same colour as the standard 4300K xenons? Ive tried lots of diff bulbs and they all seem to give off a much bluer light than the headlights.

They are correct for the sidelights.

Your post would suggest your reffering to the indicators though ?

Meh, they still give off a bit of a yellowish light tbh. If you want white, get LED's.
