siezing rear caliper

as title really. one of my rear calipers keeps seizing so every month or so ive been taking the disk off and giving the piston a good old twist and squirt with some wd40 beneath the rubber seal.

this leads me to think that the seal is letting water in and causing corrosion.

is it a new caliper job or can you buy individual bits for it?

I'd get someone to take a look as it might be the bias valve if it keeps happening

is that an expensive and difficult part to change?

not even sure the 182s have one actually, just seems weird it keeps seizing over again
