Hi Guys,


Thought I would get a few pics of my car up, anybody got any idea's/suggestions for what I could do next?

Looks good in the first pic, apart from the mc donalds stripes.

Take the c**t stripes off, take the "Clio" off of the side, colour code the bump strips and lower it a bit.

I'm going to once I get the chance! They came fitted like that, used to be a demo car in Wolverhampton so they came fitted from factory!

What's the power output on a 1.6 and what sort of mpg can you expect?

Hi sgtbash999,

The power output is 111Bhp & 111ftlb, it has a slightly different intake & map to the 130bhp 1.6 model, this is as an easy change and a quick remap will see the roughly the same output as the 1.6 130bhp model.

I am looking to do this, but I was looking at a couple of idea's first of all as it makes sense to make a few changes more before it's mapped, I am hoping for 140bhp as this will make the car more than capable. As ludicrous as it sounds to get 30bhp from a N/A block, they respond VERY WELL to a remap - RSTuning have seen positive results on a standard block of between 5-10bhp.

On a motorway run at bang on 3K RPM 65MPH I get 52MPG and around town I get about 38MPG.

Foot down though it will drop to about 25MPG,

Oh I do love Pay day!

Spent some money on a few bits, had a look around yesterday, found some beauties on eBay.

£100 + postage, ordered at 4pm, received them THIS morning at 08:30am! They give a 35mm drop, couldn't be more happy with the service.

I didn't want to drop it too much, I need the spacers to go on, just waiting for them also, also couldn't go coil-overs because I travel from Birmingham to Liverpool, would be uncomfortable as s**t!
