Seen this morning around 10:30am,

I was stuck in the traffic by the water board and you drove past me going the otherway. I was in the scooby with a face like a smacked back side.:evil:

Youngish lad driving it.

I don't recall them having a cap to be honest? Not even sure on the reg plate but was clean and fresh.

yeah it was clean I saw it the same day around 11:50 in Staines on Kingston Road
