Right,

My brothers been house sitting for the last week and has been using my internet, so now the address bar, when you hit the down arrow is full of s**t web address, how do i delete them? and how do i stop them from all appearing there again?

Tools / Internet Options / General tab / "Browsing History" Delete / "Delete All"

(Applies to IE7 but you haven't actually stated which browser you're referring to)
