Siri not working

since iOS update I’ve not been able to get Siri to work using my voice.Setting should be correct as per picture?
Any ideas?

also unrelated my phone doesn’t vibrate when you plug the charger in, but other peoples do?

Tried to set it up on the new iPhone the other day. Sat for 10 mins saying ‘hey Siri’ into it. Couldn’t pick it up at all. Just gave up with it lol

iOS13 is pretty buggy, i moaned to apple about issues with safari rendering problems and got a reply from Craig Federaghi earlier this evening. Safari is absolutely doing my nut in, i’m literally force quitting it every few minutes, i’m not the only one reporting this issue.
