Well, after a few days of scratching my head and wondering what the hell was wrong, I've managed to establish that my Sky HD's power supply is on the way out. Bulging capacitors causing interference - common problem. New PSU on order as I'm not paying for a new box, but the downside is I'm completely without TV until it arrives. *Sobs*
