yeh the ls1 is used in loads of conversions.... makes it far to heavy on the front though u can see it bouncing like a b**ch over the bumps cos its so heavy!!!

What kinda hp and torque are the ls1's std?

350bhp 360ftlb torque for a ls1 standard i think... but you can do simple mods and they run huuuuuuuuuuge power people running 750+ on simple mods but its 5.7l lol...
