Sloppy/soft steering? ?

Went go karting yesterday then drove home and steering felt soft and sloppy. Not as sharp as normal which I put down to 50mins in a go kart!
The missus then commented on it today so I took it for a spin and it does feel at tad sloppy/soft.
Any ideas what it could potentially be? Checked tyre pressure and they seem to be fine??

Don't worry that's a very usual feeling to have once you have done karting. You do wonder if your arms are even attached to the steering wheel initially.

On any cliosport of any age, what I do when I get them is to replace the inner and outer track rods and you'll have what feels like a new car. Parts can be had for £80 and then you can replace the steering rack bushes at circa £24 too and then the ball joints for £20 a side for some good patern parts.

But the missus was complaining as well and she didn't do the go karting!
Might look at the rod ends though

At best its a 9 year old car, its going to need new inner and outer track rods. Guaranteed you'll be surprised when you take off the inners or even if the garage keep them for you.

Just had o/s track rod ends at two techs 3 months ago ; ( guess its near side now then? !
