Slow Buffering

Hi guys,

Tried doing a search for this, looked into registry cleaner but after a few comments decided not to bother.

Basically on Megavideo, Youtube etc the buffering on my laptop takes for ever. And i mean, buffering 10 minutes of a 40 minute program takes a good half an hour, maybe even more. Youtube needs a while to buffer properly too. I've deleted my browser history and cookies. It also happens on my sisters laptop using the same internet, but not as bad.

Any ideas?

I wouldn't be worrying about ISP, I'd be worrying about the fact your UL is faster than your DL...

Nope, through the landline company. The buffering is back to normal now for some reason :S

Probably peak/more busy times. They may throttle bandwidth etc, slow it all down.
