Slow start after stalling?

Hey guys, my ph1 starts first pop every time when started cold or warm. However, its slow to start after starting it after stalling? Is this a common problem? Thanks

Yes and yes. If you're stalling itll sometimes struggle to restart.

Dont stall and itll be fine.
