Small engine mods

Car  172cup
Im looking at doing some small engine modifications to my 172cup

Maybe a superchip and induction kit.

Can anyone point me in the right direction and/or give me some other ideas

Cheers Dom

inlets matched, remap and decat seem to be the usual first mods.

A lot say induction kits don't do much apart from make a nice noise. Fit a panel filter and remove the acoustic valve (theres a guide on here if you search).

RS tuning is good for the remap. Get the remap after all you mods to make the most of them.

^^^^ As said, although I have an induction kit on mine (BMC CDA)

No, it just makes a great noise.

My Tips:
Decat £85-150
ITG panel £40
Fast chip remap £100 (DIY)

Yep, Decat, panel filter with reworked airbox then matched inlet and remap when you've got more cash
