Mine did this a while back had all belts swopped still did it ! turned out to be the bottom pulley the inner and outer discs have a rubber separating them this was the squeak on mine . swopped pulley been fine since . When you look at it and take the old pulley off it will look fine so you wont tell by looking. Not saying this is what yours is but when you've tried all other things this may be the solution

If it's a manual tensioner as on a cup you can tighten the belt a small amount.

  .
I had this issue on my cup.

I replaced the belt but after a few days it started to chirp again at startup. I tightened it slightly again and it is now silent. The belt needs to be pretty tight...
On a car with a tensioner I would be suspicious that the spring in the tension had gone weak.

i replaced every aux belt/bearing/tensioner bit on my car but it still did it sometimes
after a bit it went to squealing crazy....drive a bit more...back to random squealing...then my car almost lost all power steering and my ps fluid turned black.
waiting to get it fixed..

  A special one.
Us your 172 a cup then?

If it isn't then you can't adjust the belt tensioner as its sprung loaded.

How old the aux belt kit?
A new kit is £55 ish from Adam on here.
