smaller/steel wheels for a FF 182

As winter looms its head I was wondering what nasty steel wheels/smaller alloys (15" ideally) will fit a FF 182.

I have no idea if the 16" wheels are a cosy fit over the brakes etc so need to know what horrid cheap wheels to fit with winter/snow spec rubber fitted (no not studded snow tyres lol)

hey man, i was looking for steelies not long ago for winter tyres, 15s are the smallest you can go for calliper clearment, not a lot of 15 steelies about though, easiest might be off a vauxhall as they fit.

after looking for ages on ebay and in my local scraps and coming up with nothing i found a guy selling 15 inch alloys (ripspeed=eww) with 4 as new Vredestein snow trac 2's, 120 quid the lot sweet as! bloody ugly compared to my 17 black loys but will keep me on the road huh?

anyway point is you might be easier getting a set of 15 inch alloys, plenty around for 50 ish quid.

im thinking of having a sticker made up too for the back window 'these are just my winter wheels dont laugh' lol

Valver wheels are perfect for winter tyres!

Just get some cheap 16s and swap your tyres over, no need for winter tyres!

The most Vauxhall's has an offset of 42.

seriously though, winter tyres give a massive improvement in traction, you should try them

I put my clio off the road in winter now, too much hassle! I tried finding steelies but failed miserably

Vauxhall steels will not fit... the centre bore is too small
