Smooth Boot Spraying.

  Naples Valver

i need some help, so i thought someine here could help me...

i have just finished smoothing my boot, no badges or wiper, i was wondering what is the best method of re-spraying the boot (black) or is it best to get it done by a professional?

thanks

no offence mate but if you have to ask how to spray it then youre better off leaving it to a bodyshop to do it for you, should only cost about £100

Yeah if the rest of the paint is fairly new and you can do the donkey work yourself, taking the tailgate off and delivering it, youll find a local sprayer to do the job cheap. As above really, if you need to ask how its done, you need to get a pro to do it. Assuming you want a good finish. Ive tried spraying stuff myself in the past and it looked sh*t.

if you know your stuff it can be done from a can, but as you dont go to a sprayer

iv just finished smoothing my valver boot, just the bits on it not the strip at the bottom

did u plate it all?

i did this but had a problem with grinding the welds down on the wiper as its so thin

its still giving me a little grief to get perfect!
