Pulled the head off after my latest engine failure to find this, its made a right mess.

A 9ltr 5 cylinder diesel that the steering wheel attendant continued driving for 30+ miles as he chose to ignore a 'small knock'. Flol. What a bell end!

1 valve head broke off and you've got damage to 3 cylinder head chambers?
