jus went for a drive down the road, went over a speedbump i go over every day and i hear a loud scratch and the car jerks and i think wtf???

so i pull over and get out, cant see much under there so i got in carried on driving, no power, its poppin like mad and it sounds like a dog

so i pulled up and jacked it up so i could see the exhaust past the sideskirts and i have a massive hole in my downpipe

bloody typical, last thing i need!!

anyone know how much these things cost? its got a hole in it just before the cat

can i try and get my uni to pay towards the costs u reckon? theres a huge pothole before the bump... i could always say that caused it... in fact it may have i dont know

patty take a few pics of the hole as evidence to back your claim up , council paid up for a new exhaust that was ripped of at a speed bump coz there was a pothole just before the bump mate who worked for the council suggested i take photos coz the day i reported it they were out and filled the hole in and tried to worm out of it by saying there was no pothole there

hmmmmm wonder if i mite be able to claim for the fact i hit a fox a while back and say the pot hole made my hit my bumper too..... feel a scam coming on god i hate this university
