some Ford colours: flint grey as the cossie above, azure blue, moonstone blue, or for s***s and giggles, coral beige! VW: mystic blue, as its FTMFW! it looks awesome and its deep as hell.

if it was me, moonstone blue. probably the best Ford colour ever and have never seen it on another car other than a cossie

For a track car I'd probably get it wrapped rather than painted, just so if I got bored of it I could change it pretty easily and go for something a little different.

nah vinyl is like saying this is what colour I kind of wanted but was unsure about so I got it wrapped instead, plus decent paint job will hold up better...if he's a painter there ain't really an issue

Oh no, don't get me wrong - I've never wrap it a solid colour! It'd have to be a carefully thought out design - like an adapted livery of a ww2 fighter, but that would suit a long bonnet car better. Would need some serious thought to get right!
