Renting mate, we have a deposit saved for our next place but the rates we were offered last year were shocking so we tucked it away (my dad has it in an account)
The owner bought the flat for 225k a few years back! 2 bedroom! Would I feck pay that for one!

We're going to look again around this time next year, we're in no hurry we're both comfortable where we are just now and have a deposit there.

That's steep.

I'm looking at rented for the moment. But if the business buys a house I can then move in and get a mortgage. Deposit is a ballache for me!

I've only got one pic of the parents 'Estate' on my work pc im afraid.

Only 6 bedrooms, 4 stables, 6 gardens and a meadow though, so probably not up to JD's standards ;)

JD's place is pretty epic though tbf, he needs all the space for his detailing kit though lol.

Mind you, the reflection off that lake is immense, bet it beads up lovely in the rain.

Sad to be leaving this place to be honest, but a similar thread to Gally's will be up soon. About to start renting a place in LANDAN for 5+ years (if the company move goes to plan and I like it there) before moving back up here for a place I have my eye on (build date is 2013).

I can't fit it all in :eek:

Think the ceilings are 8 metre high from memory! Tis a nice place.

... you ( and the others members of cs.net ) are soo lucky... because you live in the U.K !!!! is a great place... with great people ...
You have beautiful places in your country because you have a great culture . !!!!!!!! Everything looks smart... asesome.. organized..
Here in Italy, instead.... we have ALL... But there isn't someone able to keep it organized and clean like English people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
