Someone rear ended me today :S

Was driving home from gym and sitting in traffic when I got hit.
No visible damage on the outside however the carpet in the boot no longer goes flat and all the metal around the spare wheel has crumpled. :S

So I'm going to be without my car for a few weeks :dapprove:

Yeah rang insurance as soon as I got home. They said it will take a couple of days for the other party to accept liability.

I was expecting you to be telling us you got ass raped from the thread title :rasp:

Unlucky really, nothing you can do about it apart from get it fixed, they cant deny liability especiallly with hit in rear, its a clear cut case and will go 100% your way

No doubt you will have a stiff back so make sure you get a P.I claim in

this happened to me on monday...it's so s**t. Body shop sait it is all repairable as it very bad damage. When i posted a similar thread earlier in the week a couple of guys posted pics of theres which were pretty badly damaged, but were all repaired and look good a new.
I would post a link but im on my phone and don't know how to!! Think the thread title is something like "crashed into"
