Atleast she is ok and its just a scuff. Should only be a panel respray at worst?

Could maybe avoid insurance if thats it.

Nothing worse than having that convo. This is why the wife never drives the T. Obv she may crash and it's not her fault but I'd prefer to be the one that crashes it.

Bad times for you.

Bad news. From some long term reviews I have read, you need to make sure that the panel fit is perfect or it will be very costly to repair. If it is the other persons fault (100%) go through insurance.

Just had a look at it, no where near as bad as I was expecting, really is quite a small scuff, and I don't think its gone through the lacquer, but need a proper look etc before I can say for sure.

Have just called the guy and left him a message, going to give him chance to settle without going through insurance.

hate it when people insist on using insurrance for small bumps, ino not in this case but if a car can be repaired for sale £300 and the person at falt wants to just pay for it let him, no need in most cases to destroy peoples no claims and bump there insurance up for years over a small accident

Just spoken with him.

Its a company car, but he has said his work will more than likely just send me a cheque if thats what I am happy with.

Just found this again while looking for something else, the repair consisted off one pass with super resin polish...
