Sarahs just called me to say someone has crashed into her in the 197 Was low speed impact and has apparently just scuffed the bumper, but am utterly gutted and of cause am stuck in work so cant even go to her to see whats happened. Will post pics later.
Nothing worse than having that convo. This is why the wife never drives the T. Obv she may crash and it's not her fault but I'd prefer to be the one that crashes it.
Bad news. From some long term reviews I have read, you need to make sure that the panel fit is perfect or it will be very costly to repair. If it is the other persons fault (100%) go through insurance.
Just had a look at it, no where near as bad as I was expecting, really is quite a small scuff, and I don't think its gone through the lacquer, but need a proper look etc before I can say for sure.
Have just called the guy and left him a message, going to give him chance to settle without going through insurance.
hate it when people insist on using insurrance for small bumps, ino not in this case but if a car can be repaired for sale £300 and the person at falt wants to just pay for it let him, no need in most cases to destroy peoples no claims and bump there insurance up for years over a small accident
