That design truely was amazing, such a huge departure from convention.

I wonder how well it really would have worked though, certainly on paper it looks a pretty amazing idea, although modern turbos make it a bit redundant TBH, but at the time, was properly well thought out.

I understand why, but from a petrol head perspective its a real tragedy that is had to happen.

Flol, its kind of group b ish, but the real thing would slaughter it in every single way.


Next step for it is compound charging based loosely on the way lancia did that.

And what Ive read... that thing is a f**king power house!

TBH its not mega power, but was all about how it drove not the peak figures.

If you want power house have a look at the 1bhp per cc type power levels the megatron etc made!
