Their not bad mate, There slightly too small for the job, so they can move.

I'm looking at upgrading them soon as they occasionally slip

please tell me you are not measuring using a Digital Vern-er? there so so so inaccurate for engine building!

I've always found them spot on mate, mind you, i supose it depends on what one you buy. And no, as im sure you know, you can't use a vern-er full stop to measure ring gaps
