Sorting headlamp washers, front bumper off?

My front left headlamp washer seems to be blocked/not working. Is the only way to get to it to remove the front bumper entirely?

Had a look inside the engine bay and I'll be ****** if I can figure out which is the pipe leading to it!

I got to the drivers side washer by removing the arch liner, when I had it apart I found that a valve inside the washer jet had slipped, once reassembled it was fine.

I had my bumper off when I fitted a new radiator 6weeks ago, connected the pipes back up but they dont work any more. Do they need priming some how?

There is two inline connectors behind the arch liner.

i need to sort my drivers one out as its come loos and its just hanging there
