Sound deadening rear panels.. how?

  133, 182, Kangoo 182
Fed up with the rattles now so hopefully going to jump in the back of the car and sort it out tomorrow. Only problem is I don't know what to remove!

Have searched but can't find a guide or anything on how to get into the rear panels to put sound deadening in... Will the inside just clip off like the speaker cover/drinks holder?

When i done mine mate i didnt actually remove the rear door card part. what i done was pulled the bottom half of the seats out then i pulled the rubber seal away from the door and pulled the trim off from a couple of clips then you have to lift it off from the window edge. it should come away enough to be able to get your arms in there to deaden it. there is a foam type stuff behind there too which goes in the hole before the door card i think its to stop any drafts coming in and making the speaker wet. so best to put this back in before you put the door card back on.

refitting the trim just do it back wards so clip it onto the edge by the window then just work your way round with the clips then put the door seal back on:)
