had some amazing vibrations coming from my rear, so i figured i had to do something about it!! armed with flashing tape and loft insulation, i took out all seats and panels stuck four layers tape everywhere, and filled any gaps with loft insulation. i then covered the inside of the trims with the tape too. iv got to say renault trim is naff, most of the clips/ hooks had broken, even though i was amazingly delicate when taking it out, this was probably the source of my rattles. i stuck down cables with duck tape, so no rattles from them. bunged it all back together and it worked a treat. my car feels a lot more solid and the bass is mad. I can turn the stereo up more now without the rear speakers starting to distort.
it took 2 days, materials were £40 alltogether from wickes.
i should have taken photos
